Sound-absorbing partition walls
Our sound-absorbing partition walls eliminate noise disturbance and create a quiet, comfortable work and living environment. This way, we contribute to environmental management and satisfied stakeholders.
With an industrial noise barrier, a noise source is effectively shielded from the surroundings. Using separate screens, noise nuisance is reduced by 8 to 12 dB. Complete floor/wall/ceiling shielding achieves a noise reduction of up to 50 dB.
A sound-absorbing partition wall consists of self-supporting acoustic panels, preferably featuring a sound-absorbing interior and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor setups.
Applications
Noise barrier for air treatment & HVAC: One of our commonly used applications is the noise barrier that can be installed on roofs, in gardens or in parking lots. This barrier, which can be placed on one or more sides around the noise source, helps to significantly reduce noise disturbance for residents nearby. In addition to its sound-absorbing properties, the barrier also ensures that the noise source is concealed from view. For a long lifespan and better protection against weather influences, the barrier can be supplied in a corrosion-resistant version (RC5).
Sound-absorbing barrier for production and process installations: This type of noise barrier is strategically placed around machines and process installations in industrial environments to reduce harmful or disruptive noise for employees. The barrier is designed for both standard and demanding conditions, such as in the food industry, where specific requirements for safety and hygiene apply.
Compartmentalising workspaces in industrial environments: We offer flexible solutions for compartmentalising workspaces, ranging from mobile noise barriers between workstations to floor-to-ceiling sound-insulating walls, including doors and windows with sound-insulating properties. These walls not only create an acoustic separation but can also have fire-resistant properties. They are available with single or double-sided sound absorption and have a semi-permanent character, making them easy to dismantle and move, unlike fixed structural solutions.
The process
We take care of the entire process, from advice to the final assembly and service.
Analysis and inventory
We start with a thorough inventory of your situation, usually based on a report from an occupational health service, environmental service, or an acoustic consulting firm. This report describes the sound source and any exceedances of the standards. If necessary, we carry out additional sound measurements to gain a clear understanding of the requirements.
Configuration and design
In consultation with you, we will prepare a detailed 'specification plan' outlining all technical and acoustic requirements for the products. Based on this, a tailored solution will be designed that fully meets the specific needs of your noise nuisance.
Custom production
After the design, we start with the production of the chosen solution, using high-quality materials for optimal sound insulation and durability. Each solution is produced with precision to meet the specified requirements.
Delivery and assembly
The solution is provided fully equipped, including all necessary materials and accessories. Our specialised technicians can, if desired, provide expert installation to ensure the placement goes smoothly. If needed, vertical transport with a (truck-mounted) crane can also be arranged, so you are completely relieved of any burdens during the installation process.
